The Activities department works year-round to bring you social events and entertainment on and off campus. Thoughout semester one & two, student volunteers run big act Union Nights which have lined up bands like George, Something for Kate, Powderfinger and The Whitlams. There's also cellar nights, lunchtime bands, BBQs, trivia nights, Oktoberfest, Comedy Week, Campus Games and the infamous Green Week. MSA Activities Events...
Get your beer steins ready for one of the biggest events of the year. MSA Activities and the German Club have teamed up to bring you a taste of Germany. We may not have authentic German frauleins carrying six litres of beer at a time, but we do have a German slap dancing competition, real German beer tasting, German movies, German food and German trivia! Let's not forget the traditional German band. This year, we are expanding our Oktoberfest celebrations to incorporate a week of festivities. For a few hours each day in Sir John's Bar on campus, we will be hosting smaller celebrations of German Culture.
